Students not returning for the 2025 School Year

Please complete this form if your child is has an enrolment pending at another school or is not returning to Holy Trinity for the 2025 School Year. This information is required as we begin the planning stage of the 2025 school year. 

Families with Year 6 students do not need to complete this form as we know that they will not be returning.
