Vacuum Volunteers Required

It is a tradition at Holy Trinity Primary School for parents and carers of our students to volunteer here at the school to help vacuum the school to help keep the cleaning costs of the school to a minimum. Our parent volunteers make a huge contribution in vacuuming the classrooms every Wednesday evening.

This is also a great way to have a look around your child’s classroom and help the school at the same time!

It usually takes 1 – 2 hours two or three times a year.

Each team has a team leader who coordinates with the front office to organise keys and access etc.

To volunteer please click here and complete the volunteer form.

Holy Trinity P&F

Wet Weather Pick Up Arrangements for Today

Good afternoon Parents and Carers

With today’s predicted rain, we have made the decision to call Wet Weather Pick Up Arrangements early in the day.

To keep us compliant with COVID guidelines, our arrangements will be as follows;

  • Pick up will begin today at 2.45pm
  • As per COVID guidelines, no parents are to enter the school buildings to collect children (Not including ELC).
  • Families with only one student will collect from the front ring road. Students will be under cover in the Front office/front steps area
  • Families with two or more students who are collected through drive through will be in 1 Green and 1 Red’s classrooms and will be sent out to you when we see your car. Mrs Brearley will be out at the coloured pencils to identify families, communicate with staff indoors with the students and to assist children into cars.
  • Students who have siblings in the ELC will sit on the brown seats under cover at the ELC to await their parents.

Wet Weather Pick Up Arrangements Today

We will be having wet weather pick up this afternoon, children can be collected from their classrooms from 2.45pm (there is no need to sign out), otherwise children can be collected from the hall as drive through will not be operating.

Please note that this is for the Primary School students and not the ELC students who will still need to be signed out.

Term 3 COVID Road Map

As we prepare for our students returning next week, I would like to notify you of some changes in regard to COVID restrictions as stated in the Term 3 Road Map attached.  Term 3 looks very similar to Term 2 at Holy Trinity School and ELC, however naturally if there is a case of community transmission, things will change.  Slight variations are as follows:

  • We strongly encourage staff, parents and visitors to use the Check in CBR app when entering the school.  Compass still also needs to be used to sign in/out for adults and students.  The use of the CBR app is strongly encouraged as the speed in contact tracing is much more effective if anyone in our school was to acquire COVID.
  • Any family who are isolating after travel, must let the school know.  Any student with stay at home orders are able to come to school, however must wear a mask.  Please also let the school know if this applies to your family.
  • Masks are only mandatory at school for students with stay at home orders.
  • Physical distancing is still mandated when at school for adults (unless from the same family group), particularly  during drop off and pick up times.

I hope you have all had some opportunity to relax and enjoy the school break.  We look forward to seeing you again on Tuesday 13th of July.
